It is not unusual for clients to feel numb on their hands or feet during or after a session. Your blood flows “to the heart”, so when you are relaxing your hands or feet may feel cold or numb.If this happens days after treatments have been administered there may be a circulation problem and the cardiovascular system may need more work next session.
Itchiness is a common response for some (usually during a reflexology session).Your skin is your largest organ and it only makes sense that toxins would be released that way.Do work the nervous system as much as possible and make sure you do a full treatment on these clients, they probably have many other issues that have not been brought to the table yet.

After giving reflexololgy to one of my clients she always mentions that her hands feel slightly numb.
Has anyone else experienced this?
